Cookie Policy

Last updated August 2, 2026

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Pieleaf lets you browse and order fresh produce as a guest, with no account or sign-in, so we use the fewest cookies needed to keep your visit and your order working.

Cookies we set
Strictly necessary

Our database provider sets one session cookie so the produce you're browsing and the order you're placing stay attached to your visit as you move between pages. It holds no name, phone number, or payment details beyond what your order already needs, and it is never used for advertising.

Analytics

When analytics is switched on for this site, our own first-party analytics script records page views and on-page interactions to help us understand how the site is used. It stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, so repeat visits can be recognized; the identifier carries no name, contact details, or order information. When analytics is not switched on, this script does not load at all.

Third-party cookies

Pieleaf does not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social-media widgets. Placing an order does not send you to an external payment page: your order and payment details are submitted directly to Pieleaf's own backend, so no third-party payment cookies are set.

Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie may stop you from placing an order. Your language and your light or dark appearance are not stored in a cookie: language follows the page you open, and appearance follows your device's own setting.
